Zoe Gardner

Zoe Gardner is Communications Officer for Asylum Aid, a charity that provides legal representation to asylum seekers in the UK. She is studying part-time for a PhD at the London School of Economics on immigration control at the EU’s external borders. She has previously worked at the Race Equality Foundation and the European Council on Refugees and Exiles, and is passionate about social justice and the rights of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers. At Asylum Aid she is committed to achieving the aims of the Women’s Asylum Charter for a fair and gender-sensitive asylum system.
