Jenin Osama Alassar is a Palestinian freelance translator, writer, and interpreter from Gaza, Palestine. A recent honors graduate in English Language and Translation from Al-Azhar University, she has already built a reputation for her precise and empathetic work across translation, transcription, and multilingual content creation. Jenin’s work often centers around human rights, lived experiences in conflict zones, and social advocacy—especially for marginalized voices in Palestine.
Despite enduring repeated displacement and personal loss during the war on Gaza, Jenin continues to offer professional translation services to individuals, organizations, and campaigns across the region and beyond. Her work has supported documentation efforts, legal reporting, and international storytelling—particularly concerning autism, displacement, and resilience in Gaza.
In addition to her freelance work through platforms like Upwork, Jenin completed a paid internship at Gaza Sky Geeks, where she deepened her skills in digital communication and writing for impact. Passionate about education and accessibility, she dreams of pursuing higher studies abroad and amplifying stories from Gaza on a global stage.
